A: Smugmug is known for its world-class customer service. If you are not happy with your prints or products, please Contact Me and I will immediately assist to either refund or replace the prints.

Q: I'm interested in a product marked "not available for sale", Can I buy it?

A: I've tried to offer a product mix of that I feel parents would most be interested in. If you see something you like but isn't offered, Please contact me and I'll be happy to help.

Q: Will your logo be visible on my prints?

A: No, watermarks are put in place to protect the photographer's copyright. They will not show on your prints or digital downloads. I've designed a watermark so as not to be intrusive during gallery viewing. If you are having difficulty evaluating a photo because of it, let me know.

Q: Our league or team does not have a photographer and we'd like to talk to you about shooting for us. How does that work?

A: Please refer your coach, organization or league officials to my web site, or contact me directly. I'll be more than happy to talk to them and send them an informational packet and samples,

Q: Besides baseball, what other types of photography do you offer?

A: I have experience in a wide variety of outdoor sports including BMX, soccer, football and field hockey, as well as indoor basketball and cheerleading events. Additionally, I also shoot live bands and have just begun to feature studio product, portrait, event and pet photography.

Q: Do you offer password protected galleries for youth sports programs?

A: Yes, password protected galleries are available on request. In addition, I offer an opt out option via Email where any parent can simply easily request to not have their child's photos displayed. Please note, no personal player information is shared on my site, nor do I allow external sharing or linking to youth galleries.

Q: Are your photos of professional baseball players available for sale?

A: Minor league baseball requires that I sell images thru a licensed reseller. I currently work with one that provides excellent pricing and service. Online or print publications are welcome to license images for editorial use for a reasonable fee. Inquire via Email for further detail.

Q: What kind of equipment do you have?

A: I use Canon professional photojournalist grade bodies and lenses. This is the same gear you'll see on an NFL sideline or in the dugout at a Major League Baseball game. The bodies have a 45 point autofocus system and are capable of shooting 8.5 frames per second. My cameras are calibrated to the same settings that Sports Illustrated recommends for their staff photographers.
